By placing an order with Vetzora you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it - after phone verification and, for prescription items, after our pharmacist has approved your prescription. We may decline an order, and will tell you why.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is cash on delivery. We may correct a price that was listed in obvious error, and will contact you before dispatching if we do.

Availability

Stock shown on the site reflects what is sellable at that moment. Occasionally an item becomes unavailable between your order and dispatch; we will contact you to substitute, part-ship or cancel.

Medicines

Products supplied through this site are veterinary medicines intended for animals. They are not for human use. You are responsible for using them as directed, for observing withdrawal periods before milk, meat or eggs from a treated animal enter the food chain, and for keeping them out of reach of children.

Advice on this site

Product pages, care guides and dosage tools on this site are general information. They are not a diagnosis and do not replace examining the animal. Where the correct treatment depends on the animal in front of you, consult a veterinarian - through our consultation service or your own.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.
