Ordering

No. You can check out as a guest with just your name, phone number and address. We will offer to create an account from your order afterwards, which saves your details and lets you track and reorder.

Cash on delivery, everywhere in Pakistan. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives. We do not take card or bank payment at checkout.

To confirm the number is real and reachable before we dispatch. Cash-on-delivery orders placed with wrong numbers cannot be delivered, and the cost of that ends up in everyone's prices.

Yes, any time before it is dispatched. Open the order in your account, or contact us with your order number.
Delivery

Typically 1-3 working days to major cities and 3-5 working days elsewhere. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us.

Yes, in insulated packaging with coolant, and only to destinations we can reach inside the safe transit window. If your address is outside that window for a particular vaccine, the site tells you before you order.

The courier normally tries up to three times. After that the parcel comes back to us and the order is cancelled.
Prescriptions

Anything marked Rx on the product page. That includes most antibiotics, several injectables and all vaccines.

Upload a clear photo or scan at checkout, or from your account beforehand. Our pharmacist reviews it, usually within a few working hours.

Six months from the date it was issued. Within that window you can reorder the same product without uploading again.

Not without examining the animal. Book a consultation with one of our veterinarians and they can issue one if it is appropriate.
Products & safety

We buy only from licensed distributors and record the supplier of every batch. The batch number and expiry date are on the packaging and in your order record, so anything you receive can be traced back.

No. We never dispatch medicine within 60 days of its expiry date, and stock is always picked oldest-expiry-first.

The time that must pass after the last dose before milk, meat or eggs from a treated animal may enter the food chain. It is shown on every product page where it applies, and printed on the dispensing label.
Returns

No. Once a medicine has left our custody we cannot verify how it was stored, so we cannot take it back or resell it. This does not apply if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or expired, which we replace in full.

Refuse the delivery at the door and contact us. Nothing is paid and nothing needs returning.
Your account

Saving your animal's species, breed and weight lets the site calculate correct dosages and remind you when vaccinations and deworming are due.

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or turn it off in your account. Order and prescription notifications are not marketing and will keep arriving.
