About Vetzora

Vetzora is a veterinary pharmacy and animal-health store serving customers across Pakistan. We supply prescription medicines, vaccines, feed supplements, pet food, grooming products and farm equipment, and we connect customers with licensed veterinarians for consultations.

Who we serve

Two groups, with quite different needs. Urban pet owners looking after dogs, cats, birds and small animals. And livestock keepers - dairy and buffalo farmers, goat and sheep herders, and poultry producers - for whom animal health is a livelihood rather than a household expense.

How we handle medicine

Everything we stock is sourced from licensed distributors and manufacturers. Medicines are held by batch number and expiry date, and stock is picked first-expiry-first-out. We do not dispatch any medicine that falls within 60 days of its expiry date, because a product that expires while it is still in your cupboard is of no use to you.

Vaccines and other cold-chain products are stored and shipped under refrigeration, and are only dispatched from locations equipped to maintain 2-8 C.

Prescriptions

Some products can only be supplied against a valid prescription from a registered veterinarian. Our pharmacist reviews every prescription before the order is confirmed. See our prescription policy for how this works.
